Copy and paste it from your Control Panel. Log in to Control Panel with your game login and password. - An accurate detailed description of what happened and why you should be unbanned/unmuted. Review the criteria for bans and mutes, to make sure that you're really not guilty.
You should know, that:
- If you are guilty and there was a violation, the punishment will not be lifted. Regardless of the conditions under which the violation was committed and who forced you. The terms may be revised (both downwards and upwards), but the punishment will not be lifted.
- "Everything on the video" - it's not a description. In the screenshot or video proof everything should be visible. Detailed description is also needed for a better understanding of what you mean. A detailed description of exactly how player abused a bug is needed not only to understand the situation and reply in the report but also to send the report to the developers.
- Information and nicknames on the screenshot or video must be visible. If the representative of the administration finds that the resolution of the image is not decent or if you have hidden your nickname, then he has the right to refuse the complaint and demand from you another proof.
- Screenshots must be original, not edited neither cutted. In-game Chat, date and time (in-game calendar) should be should be visible. Screenshots without date and time can be rejected.
- Videos and screenshots should be played and opened without downloading. We do not accept proofs which should be downloaded.
- In order for the video to be played in all countries, the sound must be original or absent, and the video must not contain music.
- Do not try to deceive the administration and fake screenshots, otherwise you will get banned both in the game and forum, or your punishments duration will be increased.

Pointless discussions and everything else that has nothing to do with the report against the offender will be considered as an off topic and might lead to the ban.

Flooding the section with useless topics that are not relevant to this section or "empty" topics or repeated attempts to discuss a rejected appeal over and over again is punishable by blocking the forum account.
