      Change to the Login Method

      After the next server update (expected tomorrow), the way you log into the game will change. We are switching to the authentication protocol that was used on the official World of Warcraft servers during the Mists of Pandaria (5.4.8) era. The same authentication method is already used on our forum. From now on, you will need to use the email address linked to your account instead of your login username when signing into the game. This change will significantly reduce the number of client crashes that frequently occurred on the login screen, character selection screen, and in several other situations. It will also allow us to introduce new features and improvements in the future. If you use automatic login in the launcher, you will need to set it up again after the update by entering your email address instead of your login username. If you do not remember which email address is linked to your account, you can find it in your Control Panel. You can continue to sign in to the Control Panel using either your login username or your email address.

      Изменение способа входа в игру

      После установки следующего обновления сервера (ориентировочно завтра) изменится способ входа в игру. Мы переходим на протокол авторизации, который использовался на официальных серверах во времена Mists of Pandaria (5.4.8). Такой же способ авторизации уже используется на нашем форуме. Теперь для входа в игру необходимо использовать адрес электронной почты, привязанный к аккаунту, вместо логина. Это изменение позволит значительно сократить количество крашей клиента, которые часто возникали на экране авторизации, выбора персонажа и в некоторых других случаях, а также позволит нам реализовывать новые функции и улучшения в будущем. Если вы используете автоматическую авторизацию в лаунчере, после обновления её потребуется настроить повторно, указав адрес электронной почты вместо логина. Если вы не помните, какая электронная почта привязана к аккаунту, её можно посмотреть в Личном кабинете. Вход в Личный кабинет по-прежнему доступен как по логину, так и по адресу электронной почты.

      Радикальные решения с авторизацией и ваще

      Проблема в том, что у половину игроков почты "битые" и ничего из этого не поменяется. Игроки, которые просят 2FA, зачастую и просят сменить почту.
