Haven't Logged Into Your Account for a Long Time and Now It's Asking for a 6-Digit Authenticator Code?
|
The authenticator is automatically enabled on inactive accounts that have not been accessed for a long time. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorized access. If you haven't logged into your account for a long time, never enabled an authenticator yourself, and don't know which code to enter, please contact Support in the Control panel or account issues section. Our Game Masters will verify that you are the rightful owner of the account and, if confirmed, remove the restriction. |
Please include your account login and everything you remember about the account in your support ticket:
- Account login
- Email address
- Approximate registration date and the location where the account was created (please specify the country, region/state, and city)
- Characters on the account
- The last time you logged in and the city you logged in from
If the information you provide is sufficient for the Game Master to confirm that you are the original owner of the account, the restriction will be removed.
However, if it appears that someone else is trying to gain access to the account without being able to provide sufficient information about it—for example, someone who only obtained the password—your request to remove the restriction will be denied.
