It's due to rounding. Fixed, now it will be more accurate. All spell damage/healing round to the integer value. If Spell have base 711.42 healing, it will be rounded to 711. As a result, the final damage/healing will loss something like 1 or 2. But in Eternal Flame calculations there was several roundings, that's why it cause more loss of precision than usual.

Let me explain their strategy to become top in 1v1 ladder: First that they did is to grow up by wintrading on alt char, in this case we meet "Pharagutmvp"- X100 wintrade with help from his friend Warloock. Simple as you say hi. After resonable high rating same persons are going to grow rating up on mains, but how they do that, interesting part coming. After they wintrade with randoms chars not even full on his alt to make rating, the same Pharagutmvp will que against his alt friend to grow him rating, you dont understand why a? let me explain, after all of this when his friend have enough rating (Каркушкина) they start to wintrade on mains, that is the best part, Rollex aka Pharagutqt que against exaclty his friend that earlier make rating on alts for him (Каркушкина). Summary: 2 friends queing with alts vs mains to make free rating on 1v1, they rotate all characters in a smart way to get high rating. They did same with Warloock and Moonkeylolz. you can check it. Nowadays they sit in 1v1 ladder top 3 and top 11 with 90% from games wintraded. More simple: Random chars que against Pharagutmvp to make rating. Pharagutmvp que vs Каркушкина to make him rating All of this for grand final Каркушкина to que against Pharagutqt, Pharagutmvp main to be top ladder. Simple, Enjoy ban! Ledismol. - варлок вроде. есть ещё вроде. не помню как ник. игровой мир - пвп сервер не помню как называется х100 наверно.(давно не заходил и не обращал внимания где они были) емаил привязанный к аккаунту - ivansst47@mail.ru последнее посещение примерно 1-2 мес назад. Провайдер постоянно менялся долгое время в игре был год назад где то в Смоленске, потом Москва, и Калужская область. На текущий момент IP Мой IP: 31.173.85.198 Скриншоты ничего нету несколько раз перепадчивал и переустанавливал что бы решить проблему все удалял ничего не сохранилось. Совершил покупку клинков илидановских через личный кабинет зима 2017 где то. В личный кабинет почему то тоже не заходит восстанавливаю пароль и постоянно пишет что пароль или логин не верный. не понимаю в чём дело. Причина: При входе в игру 1 раз выскакивает мол не правильно введены данные, во все последующие разы что аккаунт временно заблокирован. во время последней игры после долгой паузы примерно 1-2 месяца назад, выскакивало окно предупреждения и установки дополнительно патча или античита не помню. не охото было ничего ставить принебрёг треованием немного поиграл 1-2 вечера и благополучно вышел из игры, на днях начал заходить и вот такая вот ситуация. переустанавливал патчи читал что делать и всё перепробовал. ничего не получилось обратился к администрации по инструкции прошу помочь. But anyway if after update you can reproduce a bug when you can go under textures etc with Blink, report it on the forum attaching a video so we can know WHERE exactly we need to use a blink to reproduce.

After update, all blinks (http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=102280 and etc) will work like a mage's blink. If you still can go under the textures, its problem in maps, not in blink.

Fixed, reworked. How it was: On these GIFs you can see that interaction of Charge and ROF still has some problems. I've shown it in 2 cases of freezing out of ROF. You can also see wisps, it's made specially to show you the second problem, wisp - a point where ROF detect a warrior. So, in my previous version synchronization was still bad for charge + ROF, you can see 1-2 wisps per the whole charge. New implementation:
