In all the professions like tailoring, leatherworking, alchemy and jewelcrafting etc there is a daily cooldown on creating some specific items like Magnificent Hide. There are two spells that should share cooldown for its creation, Magnificence of Leather and Magnificence of Scales. They do share cooldown, but if you relog your character, the cooldown is gone.
