The only difference between a GM and a normal player in this case.
Many players insult them and ignore you, others even play along and they both end up doing the same, and there are those who, if they are insulted, report them.
to a GM if you insult him... even if he is on a normal account... if he sees that the insult is serious he will ban you... and you can't complain that he is a GM on a normal
