[Can't equip Heirloom]

So I would level a character for a bit until around 80 something then get off then the next day my Heirloom is unusable. Can someone pls fix this??

Yeah I see they had 16k back then but on this Private server it's got 300k for some reason

So I am trying to do the Klaxxis questline to get my Klaxxis rep to exalted yet there's this quest with Sapflies with 326k health... THIS IS NOT NORMAL lol I have watched a YT vid from 10 years ago to see if the health was the same or I was missing something and come to figure out the video had shown them being weak so they could basically just one shot them and get the bits but that's not the case for me. Please can a dev or someone lower the health to normal or explain to me that every enemy has more health than normal or something???
