I should have remembered this trick and it did work, thank you.

According to Wowhead he's supposed to be in the Vale, in any number of different places (apparently the NPC has been moved several times). I've checked every single spot, he's not there. He is the only seller for Orb of Mystery (too bad they're not cheaper or stacked hint hint) and that item is vital if you're an Engineer. https://www.wowhead.com/npc=61650/big-keech

Sorry to keep being a bother but we have both changed our character's realms via the control panel but the game itself is still attempting to log us into x5 and not presenting us with the realm list (with or without launcher). Will this need a reinstall to get the realm list to appear?

The person I play the game with says there is no yellow button to transfer the characters. Are we too late? -- nevermind she found it.

I never saw the announcement. Are any of the other servers PVE only?

Server status page says it is up but I am getting the connection error:

I'm on the 5x server farming to make Jeeves and I need the Shadowforge Key to get into BRD to get Field Repair Bot 74a. I die, in order to speak with the quest giver as a ghost, but when I try and speak with him I see the chat bubble, but it won't proceed (it just give a "goodby" button and repeats that over and over).
