Please use translator or so if you dont understand but Dont skip my words !

Player named : Apчика - Monk is bugging in arenas , i dont know how to write this on russian but hope this guy get banned ... I also hope there is some punishment and for his teammate because he is not reporting the bugs and he agree his teammate to play with bugs and abuses !

Hello , i decided to post a Thread on the forums because from 2 days i have opened a ticket about that issue and none Gm is contacting me . So i wanted to know how can i kill Illidan if i get crash every time . Me and my friend also got some answers from players and they told us that we need to wait all his phases ( we did this ) and again crash . We tryed like 5-6 times and decided to write a ticket , but as far as you know no gms ever care about tickets in game . So please if not a Gm , player explain me exactly what i should do to kill this ...
