It depends on if your addons were for patch 5.0.5 and since we are 5.4.2+ if you used the old once you may encounter issues.

An international realm will do. I love playing here but everytime i see people talking Russian to me that i cannot understand. Its not that i have problems with that but it will be greata for international realm. :)
