It's just few suggestion:
1. separate the realm become: local language (Russia) and international language (English)
why? coz we (English lang players) are become dumb, deaf and noiseless, we felt played alone in crowded
2. forbiden using other language except english on general chat and say chat,
may speak other lang other english on whisper, party/raid/guild for International realm.
as long as the realm still using many languages in game, then we (english lang players all over the world) better back down to out.
