Yea but shamans dont get a LOT of procs like boomkins xd and its annoying when you see shooting stars like 4 or 5 times in 6 secs and cannot launch more than 2.

Please fix this already http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=93399/shooting-stars have much time bugged 10/10 all realms tested it should work like without getting bugged and when someone is casting http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=99118 and then http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=93399/shooting-stars procs it should allow to cast 2 (one casted and one instant) and not take the casted one like the instant.

As you can see the damage of starsurge without eclipse is 77k and its normal [ATTACH=CONFIG]31133[/ATTACH] : 27,364k spell power x238.8% +4970 (promedium) = 70,315 +10%(70,315 its normal damage but with moonkin form has a plus of 10%)=77k. ok at this moment everything is perfect but with eclipse (with my mastery wich is 27%) it should be 77k + 27% (77k)=97k , but in this picture you can see how it is bugged [ATTACH=CONFIG]31134[/ATTACH] just 89k instead 97k. That is true i have almost tyranical set and mi starfire with all cds and everything just gets 40k with 30% pvp power -_-
