^ Up, this is one of the main abilities to keep up good dps while tanking in PvE and to keep aggro accordingly.

Same situation is on retail, it's blizzlike. They should stay like that, it's easy to kill them if you CC correctly, it's probably a L2P issue at your side.

How should it work: It should work as said in description "When you land a damaging Death Coil, Frost Strike, or Rune Strike, you have a 45% chance to activate Runic Corruption, increasing your rune regeneration rate by 100% for 3 sec." Realm: PandaWoW x10 Priority: 10/10 because this is main ability dks use not to get out of runes, wich happens often because blood tap is buggy too and runic empowerment isn't working either.

Spell name : http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=76808 Date tested : 14-03-2014 How it works : Well, the formula is not working as it should, i tried unstacking the mastery, did test on dummy, 100k+ hit, still the same, did with mastery stacked, still the same, slice and dice efectivness is untouched too as eviscerate too, so the mastery is not working as it should, 0% bonus damage on eviscerate and efect on Slice and Dice How it should work : Increases the damage done by your finishing moves, and the effectiveness of your Slice and Dice, by 24%. it's 0% now... Priority : 10/10 Realm : 5.4.2 x10 realm
