WHen paladin is playing arena with someone else and he tryed to put Hand Of Protection to the part he can , but if he log in another arena in under 5 minutes(this is the CD of the HOP) the CD isn't reseted and he can't put it again on the part.It says That SPell Isnt ready yet !!!

Healing stream is healing 18-19 K and near 40 K on proc anywhere with party or wothout party and partner near me no matter of his HP , and heals for 8-9 K in arena .This is 50 % less heal in arena !!!
