ok... on with the complaint...
On 100X My Banker toon is Goodboyspot....
Less than an hour ago I bid 500,000 on the Onyx Panther mount.
I received an email stating I was outbid... BUT my refund was only 70,000 gold...
soooo.... I opened a ticket.
I was told by a "supporter" that I had to come to the forums to resolve my issue.
Before I came to the forum I consolidated more gold and bid ANOTHER 503,000 gold on that auction.
I was outbid again... BUT my refund was only 70,000 AGAIN.
So all told, I bid over 1,000,000 gold on this auction. I did not win it. I was only refunded 140,000...
I am hoping that I can either get my 860,000 gold back.
OR at least get the darn mount. (and some gold back)
