Hi i wanna ask why are the cata/mop raids closed in fun realm for example fireland don't work on fun realm but work in x100 realm i wanna a answer for that

I make all the other quest and i accept the quest "riding the skies" but i cannot complete yet and i don't know what i had to do for complete him someone can help me please!!!
