It is true...I see Serubnox fight, he rules,and he is not a cheater also.I made arenas with him and din't happen this bug,with Redsfel also.They are true players and they make a lot of pvp events, BG events, arena events (arena of nagrand),pve events(even if it is a litte bugged).It's a shame that they got banned for one mistake they didn't know, and i all happend in one arena with some robotic kids that don't know how to lose.The bug tracker don't work..I made tickets in bug tracker and nothing.
You realy need to unban them because they are innocent.Have a nice day!!
