Hi!
The touch of chaos hits very low. I have 20% mastery in caster form, 60% in demon form. My spell write in spell book that it hits 17922, 17922+60% damage bonus (becouse of mastery) is 28675, but I hit on lvl 85 training dummy about 20 K. When I use Dark Soul: Misery (+ 30% mastery in caster form, +90% mastery in demon form= 150% mastery), touch of chaos hit much lower than it should, 17922 X 2,5=44805 but I hit about 35K. I don't know mastery or Touch of Chaos is bugged, but it does low damage. I have 22299 spell power.
