I am not talking about Melee hits (White hits) Im talking about Special hits (Yellow hits) Like Special Abilities, "hemorrhage, backstab, ambush, cheapshot, garrote, mortal strike, slam, etc." Comment: Hitrating doesn't work for special attacks the cap is 3% but i need 5% if i don't want to miss with them, with 4% i still miss but not as much, 3% Cap does not work.

You need to have 5% hit 100% with SPECIAL attacks if you have 4% or 3% which is the CAP u will miss sometimes with SPECIAL attacks like Backstab Cheapshot and other's, this bug has been going on since 5.4.2 please fix it is really annoying. 3. Wrong, i did go outside the instance to obtain a quest for thunderfury then i wanted to get back in but i couldn't cause it locked me out it is bugged read, "After you pick up one of the Bindings of the Windseeker and bring it to Highlord Demitrian in Silithus, he will allow you to start a quest to find the rest of the materials needed to summon Thunderaan. This item is obtained from Ragnaros as what appears to be a 100% drop rate if you are on the quest." - - - Updated - - - So i just did Molten Core with my hunter, if i went out i would be locked out / bugged out, so i just farmed till end but the item that would drop 100% if i had the quest didn't drop cause i did not have the quest, cause i can't get outside of Molten Core if i did that i can't go back in.
