Below listed the basic rules that you must follow on our Discord server. Your access to this Discord server IS a ‘privilege’, and NOT a ‘RIGHT’. Administration of PandaWoW reserves the right to suspend your access to this server at any time for reasons that include, but are not necessarily limited to, your failure to abide by these guidelines.
1. Discussions
Your Discord nickname must NOT be vulgar OR offensive OR similar to any staff nickname, position or role. In case of violation, your nickname will be forcibly changed, in more severe cases you will be banned.
What can cause blocking or prohibition of communication on our server (including the so-called "jokes"):
Rudeness, toxic, trolling, annoying behavior.
Spamming, botting, advertising forbidden software or smth not related to PandaWoW.
Selling anything not related to PandaWoW (or attempt to sell).
Selling (or attempt to sell) accounts, character or account trading, selling characters for real money or links to resources where it may be made.
Language or images which contain inappropriate, obscene content, allude to a symbol of racial/ethnic hatred, any political content not related to WoW.
Language, links or images which contain inappropriate language, pornography, insults or insultingly refer to other players, PandaWoW employees.
Revealment of personal info (phone numbers, emails, IP-addresses, PandaWoW logins and passwords), also includes edited content to insult any user or staff member.
Any content that, in our opinion, can provoke swearing in the channels
Any bots.
In general, behavior that violates the rules on our forum and in game chats and creates obstacles to pleasant communication.
2. Contact with server staff:
If you are contacting someone, you do not need to write "hello" or "are you here?", "Help" and wait for an answer. We do not waste time on such messages. Describe your question or problem right away, in the first message, so that we can immediately understand what you need.
If you already sent a private message to someone from the server staff or created a topic on the forum, DO NOT @tag this person additionally in the channels with a request to see your message. Wait for a response.
DO NOT @tag all the staff members in your topic. It is enough to ask one person to either get an answer, or find out exactly who you need to contact.
DO NOT go straight to the admins with all your problems. FIRST contact support team and Game Masters, and only then, if they say that your problem can be solved ONLY by the administrator - only then you have the permission to do so.
Ask questions specifically and in detail, "Wouldn't this work?" or "does it work?" - This is not enough.
Explain in detail what the problem is, what you did to solve it, etc.
Any participant can answer questions in channels, even if you have not spoken to him before.
Always follow all instructions given by the administration.
3. Channel moderation
Game Masters and Administrators have the right to moderate all channels.
Employees are not obligated to notify about the punishment through private messages or in any other way or to warn in channels. If someone does this, this is exclusively his personal decision.
* All the resources (forum, game, discord, social networks etc.) are bound together. In case of violation of the rules on one of the resources, the punishment can be extended on others.
As for punishment on Discord, the user receives either a temporary suspension to communicate in channels (mute), or a block (ban). The ban can be both temporary and permanent. While you are muted, you will not be able to use either text or voice channels.
Our bot informs about a punishment with a personal message, which contains, type, reason and duration of the punishment. If you do not receive such messages, make sure that you do not have this bot blocked.
