The mastery is not working as intedet the icicles should fire off only when i use ice lance but sometimes this is not the case sometimes they just fire off randomly when i cast frostbolt and yes i know that when you have 5 icicles stacked and you cast frostbolt 1 of the icicles should fire off but they fire off when i cast frostbolt and they are not 5 so please check that out its really important!
