Well, my monk can queue bgs now, which means its problem is solved. But not my rogue :( the mog still reverts

Hello, my monk, Goopi, can't queue for battlegrounds =( I don't what I did that may have caused it, and my rogue Swàggód keeps having its transmog changing back to its original model ( or the model before unmogging) after relogging. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks
