Пробуйте логаться, уберите аддоны, пробуйте позаходить в порталы, полностью почистите клиент, удалите так же в папке wtf папку account, пробуйте исправить персонажа еще раз. Универсального метода исправить эту ошибку нет, скорее всего вы, находясь духом вышли из игры и таким образом багнули персонажа, в большинстве случаев баг проходит сам.

Ник и реалм давайте, заходите в игру, попробую что-то сделать.
