Try deleting Logs, WTF and Cache, if problem persists try turning off your router for 5 minutes and turn it on again, if this fails too, delete PandaWoW folder [yes I want you to delete the whole game] and use the torrent on "How To Start Play" to download it again.

I doubt GM's will help you with that, however you can make a new account and transfer character from this account to the new one for 200 bonuses. It should transfer everything learned obtained by that character, items in bank character bound mounts and such.

EoE doesn't work, only way to certanly get loot is from cache that Alextrasza spawns, in order to get a chance of this since I'm not 100% sure it works is to get 10 or 25 people in your raid group [Depending on difficulty you're doing] and NOT kill Malygos in 1st phase, wait for him to fly up and spawn adds on flying discs, after you kill them he'll destroy the platform you're standing on and you'll appear on red dragons, if you kill him with those dragons you kill him legit way and should get cache to spawn [DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SOLO HIM WHEN ON A DRAGON, YOU CAN'T DO THIS SINCE DRAGONS DO VERY LOW DAMAGE AND CAN ONLY KILL HIM IN BIG GROUP]

That only works on Kun'lai Summit when fighting Sha of Anger and only while standing on Sha infected ground, bug with it is that it remains as a visual bug when you move away from the sha infected ground, visual is there buff is there, the benefits of the buff aren't.

Shift + P and make sure you have 150 mounts, and that you got them on that realm not on Fun. @dfabel apparently they fixed those achievements since I got Armored Dragonhawk on Fun realm [200 Mounts Achievement Reward]
