Your IP-address: It has changed, i live in a different place and have a different ISP. Its also been about 8 months since i played before this.
Nicks of people who can attest to the fact that you are the owner of the stolen account / character: Whatever guild Dario is in, that toon is an officer. I dont recall the guild name though.
Evidence: screenshots of the stolen character(s), common data that you think could help us: Pretty much every toon on that account was purchased off the toon market, which would have been paid for by a Chase Bank debit card that i no longer have.

I changed the password on it some time ago (about a year probably) because i logged in and noticed one of my toons (can provide account toon names for verification of ownership, as well as the account username). i come back after a break, to play, and turns out the account is completely inaccessible, because the email is changed and i cant reset my password. When i go to send the password recovery email to the email i used for the account, it returns the message "Please fix the following input errors: User with this username or email not found."
I spent real money on a bunch of stuff on that account. Please make sure it gets returned. Private account info will only be furnished to authorized STAFF MEMBERS upon request.
Upon further research, i found that account "viktor71101" was listed as the receiving party of an attempted transfer of a character, from my account. The same day, i did a password reset thing through email after noticing the email with that notification.
The character dario is still on the store, and i bet the rest of the characters are on the account still. They arent on the store. you DO help with stolen accounts or i WILL file a chargeback due to fraud. Dont test me jeger. If the characters arent still being sold by the same account, and i cant get them back, fine. Just get me the account itself, and ill do what i can.
