For real when are the cap resets?!?!??! It was Monday Wednesday Friday (Funrealm) And atm Gms or whatever doesnt pay attention still the cap isnt reseted it is really annoying...........

Hello i just want to ask if its bannable to use the Shadowpriest pve set since the bonuses are heavy bugged the procc is up like all the time = u do all the time 50% more dmg with mindblast, mindspike and Shadowword Death. I just wanna know if its bannable if you use it.. Couse if not i will use it aswell since all shadows doing it on high rating as i see..
