Okay, maybe its wrong section but idc. I have question about legendary cape and legendary meta gem. As I saw you can't get it via vote point shop, can't grind rep for it (quatermaster dont works)... So how did some ppls got that cape and gem? I saw one hunter using legendary meta gem and warlock linking his legendary cape with gems and enchants on it... Anyone can finally tell me if its possible to get or they was some kind of vips/admins? :confused:
