Yes same problem here. ITs not about that we dont know how to do it. The quest is just broken. There should be water spouts but there are not.

I have Pandaren race and monk class. So we were doing Pandaren starting quest line and then we will reach this quest called "A new friend" http://www.db.pandawow.me?quest=29679/a-new-friend And we could not do it. There shoud be water spouts where you can jump up, as you see in this video but there are not. Can we do something, or can you fix it? Because we cant progress without that quest. Realm : 100x Tested 10.07.2014 priority 10/10 its part of the main Pandaren quest line and can't progress without it
