When first recieving Earthliving weapon at lvl 30, it spikes healing potency by an absurd amount. Healing goes from 400-500 healing wave up to 3000+. I have refrained from using it, but testing it as I've lever up I have noticed it that it simply gave a 3000 static amount on top of any healing. Even now at lvl 62, it gives 3000-4000 increased healing on all numbers, direct and DoT per tick.
Was this intentional for the server? Is it frowned upon to use it?
Trying to fight a Retribution pally my level, and his flash of light heals him over 8-9k consistently, where as mine as a resto shammy heals 4k without earthliving, am I supposed to be using this thing or are there other bugs that people are exploiting on their classes?
