I tried that, but still didn't worked. I uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and reinstalled it with that update in the link. Launcher still have the same issue.

So i got everytinhg installed, my launcher opens, i can run the game with the launcher, but i CAN'T join BGs. So, I installed visual C++ and net framwork 4.0 - but when i try to instal the runtime update, it says the update can't be applied. But I already have Windows 7 SP1 installed.

Hello, I have the 360 Total Security on my PC; i disabled it already, because i saw a comment somewhere about it, so i gave a shot. but no success, the launcher opens, i can launch my game through it, but still can't join BGs.

Hello, yesterday i downloaded and installed Pandawow's Launcher. I followed the install steps, updated my softwares, installed what was needed and the launcher finally opened. BUT, when i enter the game through the launcher, i can't queue on BGs. When i log in, a message appears saying im not using launcher. The thing is, i did everything you guys told to do on the launcher installation section, but still can't make it work. I'm waiting for an answer, hope we can fix this ASAP, i enjoy a lot playing on pandawow, and my account is from 2013, and I wouldn't like to leave the server because i can't make the launcher work xD. Thanks in advance.
