I got scammed with Character transfer I know it was dumb to do it but, we were friends pretty long we skyped and talked about real life things etc. So I thought I could really trust him but he still scammed me

and the rule: Prohibited from theft, fraud, that is stealing someone else's property or the acquisition of another's property by fraud or breach of trust, misappropriation of another player account, exchange accounts / characters in any form, except of characters through control panel.
