So, finally archeology is "fixed" so i decided to see if everything else for the Vials was, and turns out Yasmin(http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=49406#sells) is not selling the Pyrium-Laced Crystalline Vial(http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=65892), only the Sands of Time...

I was checking the character transfer thing, since in the post it doesnt say that the offer is over i tried it, but it wouldnt let me send a pm to the user provided in the guide, so i was wondering if ill ever be able to transfer it anytime in the future?
