Здравствуйте. Во-первых, Лик не ГМ, а модератор. Во-вторых, ни модераторы, ни тем более ГМ-ы не выдают наказания просто так, тем более по просьбам друзей (это вообще бред). В-третьих, слова "даун", "дцп / дцпшник" и подобные "диагнозы" наказываются мутом (что собственно вы и получили).
