I am writing this topic in hopes that I can get in touch with someone from the administration, because I've wasted my precious conquest points on an item that looks awesome, but is not working properly and because of that is shit. We're talking about thok's tail tip. It should passivly increase haste and mastery by 6% but it doesn't. Tooltip says it's got 9k str proc, but it's actually a 5 k str proc. On regular retail realm everyone can refund any item bought for 2 hours, but here it's not working, that's why I am writing a forum post, I would like to get a conquest refund for that trinket, because it's not really my fault for not knowing that this trinket doesn't work. I can't see it anywhere on the forums, so I'm asking a question here, how many times a week and when does the cap reset? Someone told me tuesday and friday, but it's tuesday today and the cap did not reset.

Not sure if that's the right topic, but I didn't see anywhere Q&A topic, so I'm asking it in tech support. I see people selling chars with shado pan trinket and stuff, how can one get shado pan assault rep? There are like 4 quests that give rep and I tried doing them but they don't seem to work (or I'm stupid), and besides that it's a raid rep. So how do ppl get rep with them?
