But if you go and try to buy them, BOTH NPC DON'T SELL THEM! http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=20242 and http://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=23007 Are in their normal places. But they just don't sell two items. Also i tried searching it in the page to buy the Stormspire Vest with credits and it isn't here. So, how i'm going to buy it then? We NEED this talent. Because not the 100% of the people likes the Procs like the other talent. If we dont have Insanity we CAN'T burst correctly. So it must be fixed soon. Also if in Retail the most of the SPriest dont use it, that's their problem, we want too. This is not Retail so staph complaining using things like ¨Nobody in retail uses it¨
