1.Spell = http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=138106/cloak-and-dagger 2. It says you can use certain abilities from 40 yards away and it is not the case anymore,I have to be very very close to the target then it kind of works, I then jump in behind target,it worked fine before the new patch 3.10x Realm 4.19/09/14 5.Priority 10/10
