Look closely, it doesn't get removed. Just look at the buff and his trinket. I doubt it's even 0.3 if it gets removed by trinket. Would be more like 0.1-0.2 probably, lol. - - - Updated - - - He doesn't get garroted until after beam. I spam clicked the play/pause button and I can't see it getting removed at all.

Added + you should test with Stormbolt. Easiest way.

Tested and it is bugged. Just tested it. Without Divine Purpose: 1 Holy Power -> 2.5k heal. 2 Holy Power -> 5k and 3 -> 8k With Divine Purpose: Healed only 22

Not everything Pet doesn't go stealth instantly along with the mage. It goes stealth after 1.5 sec.
