No Email Comes through on changing password, but I had got one for when my chars where being transferred?

Well, I haven't played for a couple of days because I have been busy. But when I came to check my account, It seems to say I have 58 bonuses when I am sure I had 1.5k bonuses, anyway.. So I went to check my emails and someone under the name of "anonymoususer" is trying to transfer all my characters to his account. Is there anything that can be done about this? I have never ever gave my account out to anyone or shared it.

Hey, when i logged in a few days back all my only Greivious characters where gone? My mage Ctzx , Priest Rezzers , Warrior Juggtaughtme and a few more ( But when i change realm it says (11) for characters ??? ... i really want these characters back. Cheers.
