I can confirm this, on retail it doesn't make rogue immune to slow/root effects but removes currently applied one and gives some speed next couple of seconds. If you cast slow effect after rogue used burst of speed, it will slow him down again. On PandaWoW it removes root/slow, makes rogue immune and gives speed.

Retarded tutorial since it doesn't work for everyone. Only 100% working solution is to download original WoW, put pandawow cracked exe in, modify realmlist and that's it. Tested and working 100%. Why would somebody download russian wow then fuck around with your shitty ass tutorial which might not even work.

Try cleaning WTF folder, it usualy contains that line which is somewhere, i forgot where exactly, but cleaning WTF folder will fix this issue for sure.

MoP is cheap now, but WoD will cost little bit more.
