so I have tyrannical gear and grevious polearm - - - Updated - - - and my mastery is nearly 70%

Hello, So I have one issue, I'm trying play feral druid and they basically have no damage. I have done my stats, equipment and all similar stuff correctly but still my Rip and Rake doing about 5,7-10k crit. and second bleed 4-5k dmg. I was doing this on player with same gear as is mine. Pls. inform me about this if is problem mastery or if something else
