LOl does only 2v2 count here for Conquest cap. No 3v3 or 5v5???

So I thought but we reached 1650 on wednesday and friday morning was rest...so why n cp increase. It says over 1500rating every 1 rating point gives +2 CAP points...

1800 now? what... I mean we are 1650 and got fucking low 3 points per win the last two times!!! Lo thats over 50wins in a row to get 1800 without the discount of losing against all the imba/cheaters you have to struggle on private servers... I mean sometimes BG stars and losing screen appears without any fight or an enemy allways heals up from 10 to 100% without beeing a healer class... And that calculator say 1604 conquest points on 1650 rating... but start cap is allway 0/1800 for arena?

We did 3v3 this week and got rating of 1650. And 2200/2200 conquest points cap Today was Conquestpoint reset and I thought also rating for Cap. But our cap is still 0/2200!? So can someone explain me.... How I increase the cap? And when it goes over 2200 per week? thx
