Now when I know why im banned, its still not my fault, It's not my problem because devs can't fix the warlock's gate. I used it in Pvp combat, when i didn't even realised it was on roof of that little house in battle for Glineas, and i jumped down asap, but no, im still banned. Also what's going on with the tickets in-game, why players can't talk with the game masters there?

Hey there, few days ago i played battlegrounds with my friend, and I recieved whisper that im getting banned bla bla.... when i asked there was no answer. Now my account is banned for 1 month, and i still dont know the reason since everything on site is on russsian. I would like to talk to gm, who can explain me my problem on ENGLISH.
