This can easily be fixed with just fixing Hpaly hit to 15% as its supposed to be.

Holy paladin haste should reduce holy shock cd. At login it is reduced, after you enter BG it still works, but after end of battle ground it resets to 6 sec again. And this bugs directly in entering arena, not after arena. I have tried different ways like changing specialisations, from changing glifs and talents to going to BG with out any of them and still this bug remains. realm 100x,10x tested Priority 7/10

The passive should provide 15% but it doesn't. Also i tried to stack up to 10% spell and 8% melee hit and i am still missing.

Hit chances of Holy paladin is bugged, there is a passive called holy insight which provides you with 15% hit for several spells which include judgment, but the passive only gives 2% and even if you reforge into hit judgment still misses.[ATTACH=CONFIG]78936[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]78937[/ATTACH] tested on realm :10x priority: 8/10
