Why I cant enter instances alone? When I enter the instance is empty... :|

How can I have it? who gives it?

No I got exalted by doing some random quest and I went to the vendor and bought a serpent I learned the serpent but then it sad that I need the riding skill

I have the serpent not the riding skill I cant ride it

I did all the quests from Elder Anli and I still cant ride my cloud serpent please anyone help I really cant I'm already exalted and I have the serpent but I cant ride it.

Hi, I've seen a lot of videos about getting the cloud serpent riding skill and everyone says that you just need to get exalted with the cloud serpent and I'm exalted and I already have my cloud serpent but I cant mount it up because it says "requires cloud serpent riding skill" can someone help me please?
