Can u add a option for teleport to another city (in control panel) ? Can be same CD or longer like "fix character".Because if u have HS in same city (crash in SW - HS in SW), then "fix character" option is useless for this case.

Hi, I hit few days ago 600 engineering skill and dropped Schematic: Chief Engineer Jard's Journal.
