Got knocked off in BG now toon is messed up

Hello, I was in ( Eye of the Storm ) and was knocked off of the center and glitched alive at the bottom so then I tried deleting the cache and repairing which then spawned me in the inner spire. I can not cast anything and I can not Q for a BG. Name Shamangodgd Elemental Shaman Server Fun Edit: Solved ingame This can be closed
