wanted to know why my pj 's kingdom ironic x100 pandawow was banned for using cheats day 09/12/2014 at 18:35:37 for 30 days and I think I should to unban that that day was between 2500ms and 4500ms by I think it was a matter of lag and no cheats most of all because I use it in my life and I never want to use. Hello, my account in-game is toallitakkc I recently got banned and i dont know the reason, the web site says this: "Reason: Использование сторонних программ || Use chit programs" I don't even know what are chit programs neither how to use hacks or cheat programs. Maybe the ban is an error because i have lag nearly aalways and they see me like teleporting or something like that. Can you invistigate why am i banned? I'm sure it is because of lag because i dont have hacks or software to f*ck up the game.
