i tested today in fun realm and in x10 realm... the 4k AP proc has no icd, the proc didnt finish and it gets refreshed to 15 sec again. way too OP for AP classes... the 3k spirit proc has no icd also, same as the 4k AP proc the 2k int proc is not working in my mistweaver monk, but it works on a priest of a friend of mine... the 580 int proc seems to be working fine in my char
