2. How it works : apply both dots (solar/lunar) and increase the dmg by 15%(20) to wrath/starfire/starsurge and the dots of course.
3. How it is bugged : it doesn't give you the 15% increase but it still apply both dots as it should, and you do less dmg than normal eclipse, i'll give u an example: i do 35000 starfire in game without any buffs on lunar eclipse with starfire. After using Celestial Alignment should increase my dmg on starfire with 15%, instead of doing that my starfire does a 34000 dmg, with 1k more less... it just decrease my dmg instead of increasing it. I tested it lots of time and i think its a verry important bug, plz fix.
