Hey, i bought ''Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest'' for my mage to mog and when i tried to mog it said i can't mog legendary items. Who puts items on web for the comunity to buy when you can't even mog it!? Please help

Hey, ive been playing this game for a year or two now and i cleaned my pc because it was slow. After ive done it i tried to download the game but it says locale or local not set, at the how to play tab it says remove flag ''read only'' but i dont have that read only thing how am i possible to set my local to be able to play? help me please :) havent been playing for weeks maybe a month now. :( - - - Updated - - - woooah all these views... no reply?
